P4 understand that one size does not fit all. Particularly given that buildings have different uses, are of different ages and will have varied emergency lighting installations, often with slight differences, over a period of time.
There is a UK legal requirement for Emergency lighting installations – their regular inspection, their maintenance and upkeep – to have a ‘named responsible person’, whom must be able to demonstrate compliance with The Regulatory Reform Order (RRO) 2006 and BS5266 amongst other laws, rules and regulations.
Responsible persons are often facilities managers, estates managers or building owners and P4’s team are able to work with existing and potential customers to undertake an emergency lighting health check by survey of their existing installation and provide unbiased informed advice on layout alterations or upgrades.
