During this difficult time, we would like to assure you all that our company is complying with all regulations issued by the Government, thus actively contributing to the protection of customers, suppliers and employees alike.
In line with Government advice, all of our employees who are able to work from home are doing so.
A small number of staff remain on the premises to answer all incoming calls and ensure the smooth running of our production facility, which will continue to operate in as normal a way as possible. Those working from home will continue to provide the level of service our customers expect.
Wherever possible we will help minimise any face-to-face contact during this difficult period, using forms of communication, such as Skype, Microsoft Teams and conference calls, for all meetings, product demonstrations, training, etc.
Our engineering staff are still available to schedule for emergency lighting maintenance and commissioning, should our customers require it, to enable them to keep their facilities open and fully functional. Currently we are not cancelling any scheduled visits, unless advised to do so by our customers.
All staff have been advised to follow Government/Medical advice and guidelines to ensure they are reducing the risk of spreading the virus.
Should anything change generally or by individual case we will shall keep you fully informed and endeavour to keep disruption to a minimum.
