The MOD Scheme encourages employers to publicly demonstrate their support for the armed forces community. Companies seeking the award must prove that members of the armed forces community are not disadvantaged during the recruitment process and that they are effectively supported in the workplace.
The ERS Silver Award recognises P4’s commitment and support to the armed forces community, including reservists, veterans, cadet instructors and military families. This includes supportive HR policies and advocating for service personnel in the civilian workforce. We are proud to be a forces-friendly employer and see the benefits the armed forces community bring to the civilian workplace.
